RETURNS & LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

RETURNS (14-DAY POLICY)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Installed or modified products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

Lumo Electric LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for Five (5) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Acts of nature or misuse
